Will Vivek Oberoi be the next celebrity in NDTV Imagine's Swayamvar 3?
That's the question many are wondering following the latest buzz that the actor has been roped in to follow Rakhi Sawant and Rahul Mahajan who were the star attractions of the first two seasons respectively.
It's not hard to imagine why Vivek would be interested. After all, Reality TV and B-Town stars on the small screen are both recent crazes. Adding to that, Vivek's popularity has increased since the success of his last two flicks - Kurbaan and Prince. Or even more so, owing to his revival post the dramatic break up with Aish. In current status, the actor is single and very eligible.
Expectantly one daresay, sources close to Vivek have come forward to denounce the news, citing it as "ridiculous". Not a first at that! Apparently after his long struggle in the industry, the recent success he has gained, indicates something more like Vivek's complete dedication to the cause of his career, which puts personal front (read: love life) into second gear. Definitely not something as vital as tying the knot anyways.
The actor is currently known to be busy with Rakta Charitra, directed by Ram Gopal Varma- Part I of which is to be released in September. Following this Vivek is also in talks for a Mani Ratnam movie.
However Oberoi's decision to not give any personal interviews and refusal to talk about this issue has only fueled the speculations about the possibility of his Swayamvar as such?
