Aamir's Lessons With Salman

Aamir Khan might be Mr. Perfectionist, but he certainly has some lessons to learn from Salman Khan. The latest buzz has it that the Ace Khan, who is to be seen as a painter in his next flick, has been picking up painting tips from buddy Salman, who is well-known in the tinsel-town for his painting skills.

Aamir plays the role of a painter in his next film, and being the perfectionist that he is, approached Salman for help and the latter was only too happy to oblige. It is said that the actor took painting lessons from his friend for a few weeks before starting the shoot. Not only that, Aamir even paid his 'Guru-Dakshina' to his teacher by gifting him a painting of his which the latter has lovingly hung behind his bar. The actor is all praises for his guru's artistic skills and has even proudly displayed Salman's Ghajini sketch in his living room for everyone to see and praise. He, however doesn't think much of his own attempt at the art and asserts that he is only an amateur and doesn't come anywhere near Salman's skills. So modest, we say!

Jr. Khiladi - the hero!

We share scoop on Daddy Kumar all the time, but today we bring you a shocking story on Junior Khiladi, Aarav Kumar.

Akshay Kumar recently accused a Juhu building's security guard of molestation when eight year old son Aarav told him the man had pinched his buttocks for no reason whatsoever. The guard denied the allegation, claiming that he only meant to stop Aarav from entering the the building's meter room for his own safety. Akki didn't buy it and slapped the guard in the face, twice!

Conflicting accounts of what actually happened are making the rounds. Some sources say that Akshay and Twinkle were busy chatting with the friends they were visiting at the Grand Eastern Shores, and so they didn't notice when their son started wandering about and unknowingly headed past the security area. According to them, the guard noticed the boy and simply stopped him from moving ahead. However, the Kumars contest that their son did not even try to enter the meter room and that the guard was just trying to cover himself with a false story. Akshay was outraged and made sure the guard was ousted from his job the very next day.

Twinkle said in an interview that her son was just playing near the stairs with friends when the guard came over and pinched his backside. The boy was very upset and immediately told his parents everything. According to Twinkle, another child they know also suffered the same experience a few days prior but did not tell his parents, while Aarav courageously spoke out and thereby prevented the offense from being repeated again.

Already known for his bravery at this young age, Junior Khiladi is sure to give Daddy tough competition in taking over the action king's throne!

Ra.One 'n' Om Shanti Om!

Is G.One - the robotic avatar of King Khan in the upcoming sci-fi movie, Ra.One - doing a "Dard-e-Disco"?

The first look of the movie seems to say so!

Apparently, teaser posters for the upcoming SRK - Bebo blockbuster, Ra.One, shares some stark similarities with 2007's King Khan starrer Om Shanti Om. The stance and the facial expressions of SRK exactly mirror one another in the two posters. While the costumes donned - bare chested for OSO, and in a form fitting techsuit for Ra.One; and the basic backdrop setting varies in accordance with the variation of plot theme, SRK in his element appears to be an overlap. And of course, neither of the posters venture to conceal SRK's perfectly carved abs.

What is the similarity for, we ask? Is it to garner the same kind of enthusiasm and appreciation Om Shanti Om received, or is the pose just becoming SRK's signature look? (Like the Kkkk...stammer!)

Whatever it may be, the movie due to hit the halls later this year is already a buzzing anticipation for Khan fans.

The current question being - what tales do the posters tell?!

John Abraham goes Nude

John Abraham's sun-tanned look in Dostana fetched the actor an assortment of bold reviews, apprehensive remarks and naughty comments. The handsome hunk will now be seen in Vishal Bhardawaj's upcoming romantic thriller - Saat Khoon Maaf, where he'll be playing one of the seven husbands for leading lady Priyanka Chopra.

All those earlier times that John has showed off his perfect tones and abs, he left many in the industry, and far more many outside, awestruck. Sources now inform us, that John shall be turning up the heat a notch! The hunky dory actor will be seen nude for a steamy-hot-love-making scene with Desi Girl Piggy Chops. The said sequence we hear was shot in the presence of extremely limited number of cast and crew members. The small cap on numbers was strategically taken to preserve the actor's dignity.

One sure wonders about the mutual comfort levels that exist between the pair?! Not to forget their beaus - we hope both alleged boy friend Shahid Kapoor and long time lady love Bipasha Basu, would also be comfortable watching the intimacy between their respective partners on screen. The comments of the censor board of course are most awaited. Will the scene be allowed? Only time will tell.

You just need 95 for Aamir Khan's upcoming movie Dhobi Ghat!

Is it 95 minutes to go for the release or is the movie just 95 minutes long... or?!

Well, answering your doubts, yes, it is the latter case. Aamir Khan, most known for his perfectionist ways, which include his absolutely indigenous publicity gimmicks is creating history in Hindi cinema by screening his wife's directional venture, sans interval, across the nation.

The man himself visited the managers and the owners of the multiplexes that shall be showing the movie due to hit the halls this January 21st, to work out and finalize this unique strategy of showing the film without intervals. Result?! Not only have the multiplexes agreed to oblige, but have the single theaters, by giving it in writing that there will be no interval in the duration of the 95 minutes of Dhobi Ghat.

Oh boy alright!

One can imagine the loss of business to basic confectioners and inside eatable stalls at the malls and movie halls which thrive on those 15 minutes of intervals between movie halves. But amazingly, Aamir with his talks of logic has hit a point with the authorities related who agree with his premise. Aamir convinced them all with his contradiction of intervals to being nothing but forced breaks in the story line for plain profiteering purposes by advertisements giants and promotional campaigns.

With the release of Dhobi Ghat this Friday, Bollywood shall embark upon an all new one-sitting concept, perhaps to be emulated for future releases as well!

Sallu, Bebo's New Love Story!

If you're someone who enjoys the onscreen chemistry of Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor, we bring you some good news. Atul Agnihotri, brother-in-law of Salman Khan, brings the two actors together, again, in his next romantic comedy, My Love Story.

Originally a film in Malayalam called Bodyguard, starring Dileep and Nayantara, the movie has already been remade in Tamil. Starring the Ghajini diva Asin and Vijay, the Tamil version is called Kaavalan and was released just this past Friday. So far, the movie has received a huge response not only from the audience but from the critics as well. And that sets up a perfect stage for the movie to be remade in its biggest venture, a Hindi version for Bollywood. Shooting for the same has already commenced. .

Even though the pair of Salman and Kareena hasn't been tinsel town's best, we can say that the audience have definitely enjoyed their sweet chemistry. Recently both were spotted shooting for the film in Pune.

After two rather unnoticed projects at the B.O., Kyun Ki... and Main Aur Mrs. Khanna, we hope this movie brings this on-screen couple good luck and lot of praise!

Hrithik to get a fresh beauty

With the artistically brilliant Hrithik and Aishwariya starrer Guzaarish still creating a successful impact on the Indian audience, Hrithik Roshan seems to be (happily) overwhelmed by all the critical acclaim coming his way. Now Duggu is supposedly eager to deliver yet another powerful performance in Daddy Roshan's forthcoming superhero flick, Krrish 3, another sequel in the line of this Roshan home production series, which shall witness a new face, as per formal announcements from the filmmakers.

Krrish 3 shall become the third directorial in the vastly popular trilogy series which hit the box office with Koi Mil Gaya in 2003, India's first science fiction movie, creating waves across the entire nation.

After roping in Mexican beauty, Barbara Mori for the mega budgeted and hugely talked about Kites, Papa Roshan is all set to cast yet another fresh leading lady opposite his son. Sources claim Roshan has zeroed in Lakshmi Manchu, daughter of Telugu superstar, Mohan Babu, to play Hrithik's next love interest on camera.

Lakshmi Manchu recently made her Telugu debut in Anaganaga O Dheerudu, where she played a negative character. The pretty lass has also featured in popular American sitcoms. Gossip birdies reveal the same role was initially offered to Kangna Ranaut, who incidentally essayed a love struck salsa student opposite Hrithik in Kites. However, talks with Ranaut couldn't materialize.
