Lady Gaga almost had a meltdown last week when she stayed at a hotel with no private pool for her exclusive use. From the New York Post:

"She checked into the Cosmopolitan, was unhappy with the room, checked out and then went to The Palms, but still wasn’t happy and was frantically searching for a new room," a source told us.

A Cosmopolitan spokesperson confirmed, "Lady Gaga did check out of the property, but she did not hate her room and had nothing but praise for the arrival staff, butlers, etc. She was looking for a private pool, which the resort doesn’t offer."

Mom accompanies Gaga to control her wild ways

Cynthia Germanotta has joined her daughter, pop star Lady Gaga, on her tour to keep an eye on her wild lifestyle.

Germanotta, 56, will stay on the tour bus to make sure her daughter stays healthy.

"She may be one of the biggest and strangest pop stars in the world, but her relationship with her parents is very traditional," the sun.co.uk quoted a friend of Gaga as saying.

"She is from a typical loving Italian-American background and her family have normal parental concerns. Her mum thinks she drinks too much and doesn't eat enough. She has gone along to keep an eye on her boozing and feed her up," she added.

Germanotta's intervention comes after Gaga claimed she was on a "drunk diet".

Lady Gaga made Priyanka to cut an international album

The grapevine suggests PC will be recording an album soon, in collaboration with an international singer.

It's not just her drop-dead physical attributes that make Priyanka Chopra attractive. She can also hum her way through a storm. Music is in her genes; her father Dr Ashok Chopra is a trained singer and has enthralled audiences with his Mohammad Rafi songs on a number of occasions.

As of now some desi websites are buzzing with the news that Piggy Chops will cut an international album. And BT managed to find out that on her recent trip to the US, she did have a couple of closed-door meetings with some music giants. Our source says, "Priyanka even met with Lady Gaga. And, in all likelihood the 25-year-old American singer-songwriter, who is a rage and our very own B-town beauty may just collaborate on an album."

The news of Priyanka lending her voice to a pop album is exciting. If it happens she will be the first Bollywood actress to cut an international album. PC's official spokesperson however chose to play it safe, "Priyanka and Lady Gaga did meet at a concert. They spoke at length backstage. However, there is no collaboration happening between them."

No matter what their official stance on this is, an eyewitness maintains, "PC and Lady Gaga did talk about music at length. The diva of pop told her how fascinated she is with India and Bollywood. She also told Priyanka that she is keen to visit India and learn about its music and culture." There are also chances that PC will host Lady Gaga if and when the popstar does make a trip to this part of the globe.

Is Priyanka going to collaborate with Lady Gaga? Well, the latter has had quite a few collaborations with other singers in the past few years...

Before shooting to fame, she recorded a couple of songs with hip-hop singer Grandmaster Melle Mel on a project.

Throughout 2007, Gaga joined hands with artist Lady Starlight, who helped create her on-stage fashions. In her early days she also collaborated with Akon.

After shooting to fame, Gaga paired up with Elton John to record an original duet for the animated feature film Gnomeo and Juliet that released recently.

Losing my virginity was terrible: Gaga

Lady Gaga has revealed that she lost her virginity when she was a teenager and also admitted that it was a ''terrible'' experience.

The 'Born This Way' singer said she didn't enjoy sex for the first time because she wasn't fully prepared.
"I didn't lose my virginity until I was 17. But I have to say even then I wasn't ready and it was an absolutely terrible experience," the Daily Telegraph quote her as telling Britain's Grazia magazine.

"It wasn't good at all. I have never not had safe sex, I have always asked a guy to be tested and to use protection, which was always my rule. Otherwise you're playing Russian Roulette," she said.

The 24-year-old hitmaker – who is presently dating bar owner Luc Carl, who she has known since she was 19 – says she didn't enjoy sleeping with someone until much later and feels making love is a way of expressing "vulnerability".

"I never actually enjoyed sex until two years ago. It was a proper monogamous relationship in which I felt free enough to trust and I had enough self love," the singer said.

"Sex is the ultimate expression of vulnerability and for me it was important to know that it was a proper
relationship so it was sex as a source of love and nothing else," she added

Actress Priyanka Chopra seems to be completely smitten by American popstar Lady Gaga after she got an opportunity to attend her concert in New York.

'Hey guys. I'm in my most favourite city in the world. NYC baby! Went to the lady gaga concert at MSG (Madison Square Garden) last night,' Priyanka wrote on
microblogging site Twitter.

'She's so hugely talented, completely crazy and so unapologetic. That was awesome. She's also totally sweet which was nice to c. Go gaga! (Sic)' she added.

'Eccentric' Lady Gaga dresses up for her fans

Lady Gaga, who is known for her eccentric fashion sense, has revealed that she dresses up for her fans.

The ''Born this Way'' singer thinks her fans would feel let down if she had a lazy day in comfortable clothing.

The singer also insisted that she never gets the urge to shun her outlandish outfits for something more sedate and comfortable.

"I want to give my fans everything they deserve and they do not deserve sweat pants and sneakers,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Britain''s Hello! magazine.

"They deserve the real me all the time, and this is who I am."

The ''Bad Romance'' star insists her wacky outfits are a huge part of her life, not just an image she is trying to project to the world.

"They''re my lifestyle, it''s not dressing up, a costume, a show, or a character. It''s my whole life.

"I''ve been dressing like this for more than six years.

"While I was living in New York, I fell in love with expressing myself through clothing.

"I wanted to make a name for myself as a musician and stand out," she added.

Justin Bieber blasts Lady Gaga's style as 'gross'

Teen sensation Justin Bieber has slammed Lady GaGa’s weird fashion sense as “gross”.

The 16-year-old pop hunk said the chart babe’s weirdo wardrobe was totally lost on him. He criticised her Grammy Awards egg outfit, which was supposed to symbolize rebirth, as “incomprehensible”.

“People say it’s artistic and stuff, and I’m like, ‘You’re an egg. I don’t get it,''” The Daily Star quoted him as saying.

Bieber said he also hated GaGa’s meat dress, which wowed last year’s VMA Awards, adding that he was not impressed when she leaned in for a cuddle while covered in raw beef.

“She went for a hug and I was like: ‘Oh, let’s hold up on that. You have meat on you!’ Gross,” the ‘Baby’ singer said.

The US star panned the style of GaGa at this week’s BRIT Awards, where he scooped International Breakthrough Act.

Pop icon Lady Gaga has said that everybody wants to see the decay of the superstar.

The singer said fans prefer a spectacular flameout for their superstars, grimly noting, "We want to see people who have it all lose it all," the New York Post quoted her as saying.

In an interview, the ''Poker Face'' said, "They want to see me fail. They want to see me fall on stage," Gaga says.

"They want to see me vomiting out of a night club. Everybody wants to see the decay of the superstar," she said.

But Gaga said she''d stay on top.
