Sonu bares his chest for PETA!

Sonu Sood was recently seen baring his chest in an advertisement for the popular animal rights group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India! After Shahid Kapoor, the Dabangg villain is the newest celeb to join the bandwagon in order to promote vegetarianism.

The ad features Sonu clad in a pair of low-waisted jeans along with the tag line: 'Strong Body. Tender Heart. Go Vegetarian'.

According to sources, Sonu was heard saying he is thankful to be a part of the PETA family and that everyone should be aware of their duties towards animals. The actor, who is a hardcore vegetarian himself in real life, was also heard saying that everyone should become vegetarian to make our planet a better place.

In fact, buzz has it that while Sonu was shooting for Dabangg, even fellow actor Salman Khan had tried to make him taste some of his home cooked chicken biryani. But Sood was adamant and had refused to take the bait!

So, how does Sonu manage to maintain those six pack abs, minus any non-vegetarian food? Sonu gives the credit to following the right diet. He was heard saying if one follows the right diet, veggies can help one get their dream body.
