Sanjay, who is known to be a fitness freak, was working out in the gym after pack up, when a dumbbell fell on his right foot. He was immediately rushed to the Bangkok Pattaya hospital, where doctors advised him to take complete rest for two days.
The actor, who spent the whole night resting with ice pack fermentation, was keen on finishing the shoot as Kangana had to return to Mumbai.
But due to working, Sanju's condition has worsened and has resulted in a hairline crack.
