With all the ingenuity that goes into film promotions these days, and every filmmaker out there striving to stand out in a crowd, however trivial the detailing, why should movie posters not receive that extra bit of thought in execution?

Or so happens to think Imtiaz Ali, the vision behind blockbusters like Jab We Met and Love Aaj Kal. This young ace behind the scenes follows his unique streak from the word go, this time, for the currently in-progress project, Rockstar.

Shortly after the posters with the first look of this Ranbir Kapoor starrer were released, the film-maker now brings out pencil sketch posters of three depictive stills, which have been re-mastered in Adobe Photoshop.

An additive creative touch to usual concepts can go a long way to make a difference, no matter how seemingly subtle! Do these exquisite sketches up the anticipation for you?!
